I was so excited to try these weights. Beautiful packaging and pretty straightforward instructions on how to incorporate to ur exercise routine. Im in my mid 30s have 2 kids and tended to leak a little with laughing jumping or sneezing. Ive been using these for about 3 weeks now almost every day for about 10 minutes and im already starting to feel the difference. I feel back to my old self, and love feeling in control of my body. I didn’t think I’d ever care about pelvic floor stuff, but Clea changed that. The Toner is actually easy to use, not weird, and it’s made me feel more connected to my body in a way I didn’t expect.
The packaging/quality of the weights is really nice. The link to the website that explains how to use the weights is really informative and nicely designed. I would recommend this set over all the others out there.

I’ve been using the weights for about 1 month now to help with mild prolapse. Theyre easy to use, and the set of 4 feels like the right amount—I don’t feel like I’m skipping steps or stuck with ones I won’t use. At first, I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right, but the guide made it pretty simple to follow. So far I feel like I have better muscle control and I plan to keep going.
