I was so excited to try these weights. Beautiful packaging and pretty straightforward instructions on how to incorporate to ur exercise routine. Im in my mid 30s have 2 kids and tended to leak a little with laughing jumping or sneezing.     Noticing a difference in my strength

    Really like the weights. Ive been using them for weeks now and am noticing an improvement in my overall strength. I normally pee myself a little when laughing and I've notice it decrease and stop altogether.

    Packaging was great, QR code to instructions and guides was pretty straightforward. Happy with my purchase.
